| Ingredients:

1 Country Manor Club Car Ham
|
|
2 Puff Pastry Dough Sheets
|
|
1 C Apricot Preserves
|
|
¼ C Dark Brown Sugar
|
|
1 T Soy Sauce
|
|
2 T Natural Pak Ground Mustard
|
|
Instructions:
|
|
|
|
Preheat oven to 325*F.
|
|
Remove casing from ham and score top with knife.
|
|
Warm preserves over low heat.
|
|
Add brown sugar, soy sauce and mustard - stir until blended to create glaze.
|
|
Brush ham with glaze and bake 1 hour.
|
|
Remove and cool for 45 minutes.
|
|
Place dough sheets on baking pan and brush with an egg wash.
|
|
Place ham on sheets and fold dough around ham - seal completely.
|
|
Brush outside of dough with egg wash an bake at 375*F for 45-60 minutes (until dough is golden brown)
|
|
Allow to rest before slicing - use a serrated knife to carve.
|
|
Serve with Apricot Mustard Cream Sauce. |
