| Ingredients:

3 T Bocelli Olive Oil and Canola Blend
|
|
1 LB White Mushrooms, Sliced
|
|
1 T Fresh parsley, chopped
|
|
2 tsp. MarketSource Dill, chopped
|
|
½ tsp. Natural Pak Ground White Pepper
|
|
½ tsp. Natural Pak Crushed Red Pepper
|
|
!/4 C Gold Tequila
|
|
1 C Sour Cream
|
|
Instructions:

|
Heat oil in sauté pan over medium high heat and sauté mushrooms until tender.
|
|
Add seasonings, blending well.
|
|
Add tequila, cook down slightly.
|
|
Stir in sour cream slowly.
|
|
Simmer over low heat to heat through. |
