| Ingredients:

1 ½ LB Fresh Day Boat Dry Sea Scallops
|
|
3 T Hoisin Sauce
|
|
1 T Soy Sauce
|
|
2 T Dry Sherry
|
|
1 T Sugar
|
|
¼ cup Vegetable Oil
|
|
Instructions:

|
|
Mix Hoisin, soy, sherry and sugar well in a bowl.
|
|
Add scallops to bowl tossing to coat the scallops in the sauce mix.
|
|
Heat the oil in a sauté pan over medium high heat.
|
|
Remove scallops from sauce mix to heated sauté pan, shaking off excess sauce.
|
|
Sauté quickly for approximately 6 minutes, turning as necessary.
|
|
Remove from pan and serve immediately.
