| Ingredients:

10 LB Garden Chef Redskin Mashed Potatoes

2 T Salt
|
|
2 T White Pepper
|
|
2 C White Mustang Horseradish
|
|
1 LB Butter, melted
|
|
10 Large onions, thinly shaved and sautéed to golden brown
|
|
Instructions:

Mix potatoes with salt, pepper, horseradish, butter and carmelized onions.
|
|
Put in hotel pan and heat thoroughly in oven. |
