| Ingredients:

1 Brandt House Prime Royal Rib Roast

1 C Bocelli Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Arbequina
|
|
½ C Garlic, chopped
|
|
1 C Shallots, peeled and chopped
|
|
½ C Kosher salt
|
|
½ C Cracked Black Pepper
|
|
¼ C Fresh Thyme, chopped
|
|
¼ C Fresh Rosemary, chopped
|
|
¼ C Natural Pak Spanish Paprika
|
|
¼ C Fresh Parsley, chopped
|
|
Instructions:

|
Blend all the herbs and spices together well to create a paste.
|
|
Rub Rib Roast with olive oil and top completely and evenly with herb mixture.
|
|
Roast at 275*F until 130 degrees internal temperature.
|
|
Allow to rest for 20 minutes prior to carving.
|
|
Serve with Horseradish mashed potatoes and Haserot Culinaire Demi-glace.
