| Ingredients:

5 LB Tuna loin, cut into 80 ¾ x ¾ inch cubes
|
|
3 Large green peppers, cut into ¾ x ¾ inch
|
|
3 Large red peppers, cut into ¾ x ¾ inch
|
|
1 Large yellow onion, cut into large dice
|
|
40 Small to medium white mushrooms, cleaned
|
|
2 C Royal Hawaiian BBQ sauce
|
|
Instructions:

|
Marinate tuna cubes in 1cup of BBQ sauce for 2 hours prior to making skewers.
|
|
Assemble skewers by placing tuna, red pepper, onion, green pepper, tuna, and mushroom on skewer - repeat.
|
|
Grill skewers, basting with remaining BBQ sauce as needed. |
