20 pieces Redi grill chicken breast, 5 ounce

|
5 LB Romaine/Iceburg Tossed Blend
|
|
5 LB Family Tradition 7 Bean Cuisine, thawed, drained
|
|
1 LB Family Tradition Peaches and Cream Corn, thawed, drained
|
|
2 C Roma tomatoes, seeded, diced
|
|
1 C Green onion, diced
|
|
2.5 Qts. Bocelli Canola/ Olive Oil Blend
|
|
5 C Apple cider vinegar
|
|
2 c Honey
|
|
3 T Basil, chopped
|
|
½ C Bocelli Canola And Olive Oil Blend
|
|
1 tsp Fresh garlic, chopped
|
|
TT Salt & pepper
|
|
Instructions:

|
Blend oil, vinegar, honey, garlic, herbs and spices together.
|
|
Add beans, corn, tomatoes and onions - toss well - cover and refrigerate 3 hours.
|
|
Grill chicken breasts and cut into strips.
|
|
Place 3-4 ounces of salad blend on a service plate.
|
|
Arrange chicken strips over lettuce.
|
|
Top chicken with 4-5 ounces of bean salsa.
