| Ingredients:

1 T Bocelli Canola and Olive Oil Blend
|
|
2 ozs. Fresh ginger, finely chopped
|
|
2 ozs. Minced garlic
|
|
½ C Red onion, finely chopped
|
|
2 ozs. Champagne vinegar
|
|
2 ozs. Brown sugar
|
|
2 C Golden tomatoes
|
|
2 each Cinnamon sticks
|
|
¼ tsp. Ground clove
|
|
¼ tsp. Ground white pepper
|
|
1/8 tsp. Ground nutmeg
|
|
¼ C Honey
|
|
¼ C Raisins
|
|
Instructions:

|
|
Heat the oil in a sauce pan and add the ginger, garlic, and onions - cook for 1 minute.
|
|
Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until most of the liquid is gone.
|
|
Stir frequently to keep from burning.
|
|
Remove from heat.
|
|
Serve warm or cold |
