| Ingredients:

4 ozs. Gold Coast Large Key West Pink Shrimp Pieces

|
4 ozs. MarketSource Italian Salad Blend
|
|
5 pcs. Grape tomatoes
|
|
1 oz. Cucumber, sliced
|
|
1 Slice red onion
|
|
¼ C Alfalfa Sprouts
|
|
2 ozs. Natural Pak Parisian Champagne Vinaigrette
|
|
¼ tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
|
|
Instructions:

|
|
|
Toss shrimp pieces in Old Bay; allow to sit for 30 minutes.
|
|
Grill shrimp, then chill completely.
|
|
Toss salad mix, cucumbers, tomatoes and onion with dressing.
|
|
Plate, pulling the vegetables to the top.
|
|
Add Alfalfa sprouts to top of salad as garnish.
|
|
Arrange shrimp randomly around and over salad mix.
|
