| Ingredients:

1/3 cup Dry Sherry
|
|
2 T Soy Sauce
|
|
1 T Vegetable Oil
|
|
1 T Ginger Root, finely chopped
|
|
1 tsp Honey
|
|
1 clove Garlic, finely chopped
|
|
4 pieces 1” Thick Center Cut Boneless Pork Chops
|
|
Instructions:

|
|
Mix all ingredients together (except pork) in a shallow glass dish.
|
|
Place pork in dish; turn to coat with marinade.
|
|
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
|
|
Remove pork from marinade; reserve marinade.
|
|
Grill pork chops over medium hot coals, 14-16 minutes brushing occasionally with the reserved marinade.
|
|
Turn once during grilling, until no longer pink in center.
|
|
Allow to rest 5 minutes prior to serving.
