| Ingredients:

3 T Bread Crumbs
|
|
2 T Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
|
|
1 T Almonds, finely chopped
|
|
1 tsp Dry Italian Seasoning
|
|
To Taste Salt and Pepper
|
|
1 each Egg White, very slightly beaten
|
|
4 pieces Salmon Fillets, cut 6 ozs.
|
|
Instructions:

|
Preheat oven to 425*F and spray a baking tray with nonstick cooking spray.
|
|
Combine bread crumbs, almonds, parsley and seasonings.
|
|
Dredge fish in egg white, then into crumb mixture.
|
|
Bake for 10-20 minutes or until the fish flakes with a fork.
|
|
Serve topped with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
|
