| Ingredients:

1 8 oz. Fjord Fresh Cod Loin
|
|
1 C Baker Boy Imperial Breader
|
|
1 Orange, zested, juiced
|
|
1 Lemon, zested
|
|
2 T MarketSource tarragon, chopped
|
|
1 oz. Butter
|
|
1 oz. White wine
|
|
¼ C Baker Boy Deluxe Breading Mix
|
|
Instructions:
|
|
|
|
Combine imperial breader, fruit zest and tarragon.
|
|
Season cod loin with salt and pepper.
|
|
Top with breading mix evenly.
|
|
Place in pie tin with orange juice, wine and butter.
|
|
Bake 8-10 minutes in 400*F oven.
|
|
Serve with poaching liquid pooled under cod. |
