1-2 each Artichoke bottoms, rough chop

1-2 each Hard boiled egg, fine dice

½ each Lemon, zest
|
|
1T Lemon juice, fresh
|
|
2T Olive oil (approx.) to moisten bread mix
|
|
2T Juice from canned artichokes
|
|
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
