1 6 oz. Prime Cut Chicken Breast

4 ozs. Baker Boy Deluxe Batter Mix
|
|
1 LB Baker Boy Deluxe Batter Mix (additional)
|
|
1 C Almonds, finely chopped
|
|
1-2 T Almond Extract
|
|
Instructions:

|
Pound chicken breast slightly.
|
|
Dredge in 4 ozs. of batter mix (dry).
|
|
Combine additional batter mix with almonds, extract and liquid as required for batter mix recipe.
|
|
Add dredged chicken breast to batter.
|
|
Cook in deep fat fryer until golden brown |
